A great take, Bryan. We have a tendency to tip-toe, and seek permission before we speak. My rule of thumb: write for a global audience by default. We assume Canadians are more sensitive to directness, but in my experience, a Canadian CEO appreciates a clear "ask" just as much as an American one. Clarity and precision are signs of respect.
Great read Bryan and helpful for both founders and professionals climbing the corporate ladder!
Love this!
No time to apologize! Great read Bryan!
